MOUNTAIN HIKING - HULU LANGAT, Gunung Nuang

last saturday , I joined my friends to the mountain hiking ...
the mountain we targeted- Gunung Nuang , this is the highest mountain in Negeri Selangor
It's height is 1498m , the time needed to walk from bottom of the mountain to moutain peak , I heard the guard said almost 6 hours , oh my god...
We also didnt climb until the peak, just the mountain side then we were stopped , and have a picnic time after that we went down
In the way we climb up , it was a nice scene for mountain hiking , scene of bird sound , monkey and etc... let us so relax
The road also quite steep... some of my friends cant catch up my step , fell behind a lot , so I have to wait them... hahaha
We walked until the mountain side , then we saw a waterfall , so we decided to stop at there...
After that , we had a picnic time at the mountain side also dabble at the waterfall..
We heard the climber said , from mountain side to the peak , still need almost 4 hours to reach , we also saw the weather wasn't great , it was almost raining and also run out of time....
So , we were went down at almost 11.45am ... Meanwhile , the sunshine was damn hot, luckily we went down earlier ...
That's all for our trip to Gunung Nuang , after mountain hiking , we went to eat the famous steamed africa fish in KL , which located at Balakong , also got branch at Rawang and others places as well...

By the way , before we heading gunung nuang , we had a breakfast at McD , hahaha~

what can I do ??? SHIT ....

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!! recently headache affected my badminton's performance... sucks~

and I found out the way to overcome , when the initially why I cant catch the feeling to use my Armortec-900 Power , the way is... use the tennis racquet to warm-up 1st , and then use my at-900p , let my hand get used the heavy item feeling , bcz at-900p is a heavy head racquet
Finally I solved this problem already....

eyes bleeding T_T

Last week , when my left eye itching i kept scratch it...
after that... my eye's white , the blood vessel broke ... caused my eyes was bled
the retina blocked the blood , between the white and retina..

tis injury I had it long time ago, when I still primary school..

can see the blood gore at my eye's white?

back to KL again......

last friday back to Johor to pay my respect to my grandpa....
in chinese traditional we called it as 清明节 。

I almost 1 month didnt back to my home... home sweet home , just change a bit..
my house just installed ASTRO , so touching... before that my dad not allow our house to install astro , last time he bought his car, waja , got one astro FOC , but he gave it to his friend . swt....

After that , yesterday I back to KL again , I went to Pertama complex , bought one new YY cloth , hahaha..
and also re-string my MP-77 , BG65 , 28x29 lbs.... damn it my hand itching again,cant find any kaki to let me test my racquet !!!!!!!!!!

wow , after the midterm test of FOM(Fundamentals of Marketing) & FF(Fundamentals of Finance)
Finally can relax a bit , but second thought , it's already week 5 ! oh my goodness.... 2 more weeks to final exam , FXXK ! I havent enjoy yet at this sem .. so it's time for me grab my book and study harder ! hahahaha

Besides , tomorrow I gonna having a interview for the promoter of Pikom PC fair , hahahaha..
Got a lot of confidence about that , sure I will pass it !

Badminton Trip at Vista Komanwel C

Today went to my friend's house at Sri Petaling Vista Komanwel condominium
the badminton venue very small , because it actually is a multi purpose hall , still got some fans hang at the top , oh my god , the height I think almost got 2 floors ++ ....
It's testing our skill , hahahahaha~ after played , I strained my waist , actually today is the last day I played badminton before I retired from badminton temporary... today really want take a good rest , wait for the injury recovered first , swt.....
